Overcoming An Attitude Gap

My work sits at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and adaptive leadership. I leverage these three disciplines to help organizations support the well-being of people, organizations, and the ecosystems in which they live.

While ideological discourses around well-being are substantially increasing, the same cannot be said of the required pragmatic actions to promote the necessary bold, ambitious transformations. As such, I became interested in helping organizations build their competencies to overcome this Attitude Gap, bridging theory and practice that can lead us to healthier, happier, and more prosperous futures.
