While ideological discourses around well-being are substantially increasing, the same cannot be said of the required pragmatic actions to promote the necessary bold, ambitious transformations. Too act differently, leaders must see differently.
Thought advising and exploratory projects, I help leaders across sectors and industries build design competencies in their organizations to overcome this Attitude Gap. All my work bridges theory and practice from design, systems thinking, and adaptive leadership, expanding the way leaders see their problems – and opportunities.
