I was invited by Dr. Francesca Zampollo as the first guest for her second webinar series with Food Designers. Dr. Francesca is the founder of the Online School of Food Design©, a virtual school where people can access courses, tools, frameworks, and methods to learn what Food Design is and how to do it. The school aims to build knowledge and skills on chefs, designers, food companies, food services, and others interested in applying design to food and eating.
The school organises regular free live webinars with food designers, and experts in Food Design and adjacent disciplines. Our webinar was focused on Food Design, Innovation, and Sustainability. Below is the video of the conversation.
